NIO delivered 15,815 vehicles in December 2022, with annual delivery reaching 122,486
On January 1, 2023, NIO announced that in December 2022, NIO delivered 15,815 vehicles, a year-over-year increase of 50.8%, marking a new record-high monthly delivery. The deliveries consisted of 13,127 smart electric vehicles derived from NIO's second technology platform, namely ET7, ES7 (EL7) and ET5,, counting for 83% of the monthly delivery in December.
In the fourth quarter of 2022, NIO delivered 40,052 vehicles, representing a strong increase of 60% year-over-year and achieving record-high quarterly deliveries. The deliveries of ET7, ES7 (EL7) and ET5 with a total number of 31,093 counted for 77.6% of the total delivery of the fourth quarter.
NIO delivered 122,486 vehicles in 2022 in total, increasing by 34% year-over-year. Cumulative deliveries of NIO vehicles reached 289,556 as of December 31, 2022.
