Deze voorwaarden voor deelname aan de NIO Inside- Out campagne, 3e NIO Challenge (hierna te noemen "Voorwaarden") zijn van toepassing op de deelname aan de hieronder beschreven NIO Inside- Out campagne, 3e challenge (hierna te noemen "3e challenge"), die wordt georganiseerd door NIO Deutschland GmbH, ingeschreven in het handelsregister van de lokale rechtbanken van München onder HRB 270518, statutair gevestigd te Seeholzenstraße 12, 82166 Gräfelfing, Duitsland (hierna te noemen "NIO"). 00 8000 999 6699, contact.de@nio.io, directeur Chen Chen (Chris Chen).  

Voorwaarden voor deelname  

Natuurlijke personen van minimaal 18 jaar oud die volledig handelingsbekwaam zijn, inclusief NIO-medewerkers, die woonachtig en ingeschreven zijn in Duitsland, Nederland, Zweden, Denemarken of Noorwegen en die deze Voorwaarden hebben aanvaard, inclusief NIO-medewerkers (hierna gezamenlijk "Deelnemer" genoemd), komen in aanmerking voor deelname aan de 3e challenge.  

Deelname vereist het downloaden van de NIO APP en het aanmaken van een profiel in de NIO APP met correcte persoonsgegevens van de deelnemer. De volgende gegevens zijn vereist voor registratie in de NIO APP: e-mailadres, gebruikersnaam, land, provincie, stad. De registratie van je NIO Account is onderworpen aan specifieke voorwaarden, die geaccepteerd moeten worden. Bij winst dienen de volgende persoonsgegevens aan NIO te worden verstrekt om de winnaar bekend te maken en de prijs te overhandigen: voor- en achternaam, geboortedatum, adres en e-mailadres.  

Om deel te nemen dient de Deelnemer het volgende te doen: 

Het uploaden van één (1) afbeelding van zijn/haar favoriete zelfgenome foto met zijn/haar NIO auto in een natuurlandschap (hierna te noemen "Foto") te uploaden in de NIO App in de momenten sectie, en dient de hashtag #NIOinNature toe te voegen zodat NIO de post kan volgen samen met een korte omschrijving naar keuze, bijvoorbeeld: “Een mooie dag voor een roadtrip met NIO! #NIOinNature”. De Foto kan door alle NIO App users gezien en geliked worden. 

Door het uploaden van de Foto erkent en accepteert de Deelnemer deze Voorwaarden. 

Er is geen aankoop nodig of vereist om deel te nemen aan de 3e challenge. Iedere deelnemer kan slechts één keer deelnemen. 

Prijs 

De winnende Deelnemers van de 3e Challenge NIO Challenge ontvangen 13.500 NIO-punten als “eerste prijs” gelijk aan het aantal van 162 EUR (hierna gezamenlijk aangeduid als "1e prijs" en de winnende Deelnemers gezamenlijk aangeduid als "Winnaars"). Als tweede prijs krijgen de winnaars, 1000 NIO-punten (hierna "2e prijs" genoemd) en als derde prijs krijgen de winnaars 500 NIO-punten (hierna "3e prijs" genoemd; 1e prijs, 2e prijs en 3e prijs worden hierna gezamenlijk "Prijs" genoemd). 

Het kan zijn dat de Winnaars belasting moeten betalen over de Prijs.  

Periode van deelname 

De 3e challenge begint op 05.06.2023 om 14:00 CET en eindigt op 09.06.2023 om 14:00 CET.  

Selectie van de winnaars en bekendmaking van de prijzen  

De Deelnemers die de drie (3) hoogste aantallen 'likes' voor hun Foto krijgen, ontvangen de 1e prijs van NIO. De Deelnemers die het vierde en vijfde hoogste aantal 'likes' krijgen, ontvangen de tweede prijs en de Deelnemers die het zesde tot en met tiende hoogste aantal 'likes' krijgen, ontvangen de derde prijs van NIO. Als Deelnemers evenveel likes krijgen, worden de deelnemers die hun Foto eerder hebben gepost door NIO als Winnaars aangewezen. De Winnaars worden door NIO op 09.06.2023 via de NIO APP door middel van een post bekend gemaakt en ook door NIO persoonlijk benaderd worden, met vermelding van de verdere modaliteiten, zoals het maken van een afspraak om de Prijs te overhandigen en op te halen, of de modaliteiten voor het toekennen van de respectievelijke NIO-punten (Winnende Mededeling). De aanspraak op de Prijs ontstaat alleen als de Winnaar tijdig aan NIO verklaart de Prijs te aanvaarden. De aanvaarding wordt als tijdig beschouwd als deze binnen 72 uur na verzending van de kennisgeving van de Prijs plaatsvindt. Indien de Winnaar niet binnen deze termijn verklaart de Prijs te aanvaarden, vervalt zijn of haar aanspraak op de Prijs en wordt de desbetreffende Prijs toegekend aan de Deelnemer die het eerstvolgende hoogste aantal likes heeft ontvangen. De winnaar moet de NIO 1e prijs binnen 14 dagen vanaf de datum van ontvangst van de Winnende Mededeling ophalen.  

Deelnemers van wie de persoonlijke gegevens niet correct zijn, worden uitgesloten van deelname aan de NIO 3e Challenge. NIO behoudt zich het recht voor om Deelnemers uit te sluiten die het deelnameproces manipuleren of proberen te manipuleren of deze Voorwaarden op andere wijze schenden.  

NIO behoudt zich het recht voor de 3e NIO Challenge te allen tijde zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te beëindigen of te wijzigen voor de startdatum van de 3e NIO Challenge. Dit geeft geen aanleiding tot aanspraken van de deelnemers.  

Persoonlijke rechten, auteursrechten op de Foto 

De Deelnemer gaat ermee akkoord dat zijn/haar naam in het kader van de 3e NIO Challenge wordt gepubliceerd als hij/zij wint. In het bijzonder omvat deze toestemming publicatie op de NIO websites, de NIO APP en de social media profielen van NIO.  

Het staat de Deelnemer te allen tijde vrij de toestemming tot publicatie in te trekken en zich daarmee terug te trekken van deelname aan de Blue Sky is Coming challenge. De herroeping dient schriftelijk of per e-mail naar het volgende adres te worden gestuurd:

Door het uploaden van de Foto en hashtag #NIOinNature te gebruiken (hierna te noemen de "Assets") verleent de Deelnemer aan NIO een niet-exclusief en royalty-vrij recht om de Assets te gebruiken zonder beperking in ruimte, inhoud en tijd. De Deelnemer verklaart houder te zijn van alle bestaande rechten op de door hem/haar geüploade Assets en is derhalve gerechtigd de gebruiksrechten op de geüploade Assets te verlenen. De gebruiksrechten omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot, het recht om de activa in analoge en digitale vorm te gebruiken ongeacht het kanaal en formaat en/of het recht om de activa te gebruiken voor reclamedoeleinden. Dit omvat op zijn beurt, maar is niet beperkt tot, het recht om de activa te publiceren, te verspreiden en te wijzigen en de afbeelding te combineren met andere werken voor zover dit wettelijk is toegestaan. De Deelnemer doet afstand van zijn of haar morele rechten (om genoemd te worden en de Activa te wijzigen) voor zover dit wettelijk is toegestaan.    

De Deelnemer doet afstand van het recht om altijd met naam en toenaam in verband te worden gebracht met de Assets wanneer dit door NIO voor het bovengenoemde doel wordt gebruikt, voor zover de naamgeving niet gebruikelijk is..  

Met betrekking tot "NIO in Nature" behoudt NIO zich het recht voor een intellectueel eigendomsrecht te registreren (met name een merkrecht). 

De Deelnemer verzekert naar beste weten dat door de publicatie van de Assets geen rechten van derden worden geschonden. Dit omvat met name auteursrechten van derden of persoonlijke rechten van in beeld gebrachte identificeerbare personen. De Deelnemer vrijwaart NIO van claims die voortvloeien uit de schending van dergelijke rechten en de daaruit voortvloeiende juridische kosten, voor zover de Deelnemer daarvoor wettelijk aansprakelijk is en voor zover dit is toegestaan onder de toepasselijke wettelijke consumentenbescherming. 

Aansprakelijkheid en beperking van aansprakelijkheid van NIO  

NIO is, voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, niet aansprakelijk voor schade die een Deelnemer in verband met de 3e NIO Challenge mocht lijden, voor zover deze schade is veroorzaakt door de schuld nalatigheid van NIO. De aansprakelijkheid voor schade veroorzaakt door schuld is beperkt tot de voorzienbare typische schade. De bovenstaande beperkingen van de aansprakelijkheid gelden niet voor schade veroorzaakt door grove nalatigheid, in geval van letsel aan lichaam, gezondheid of leven of voor de aansprakelijkheid van NIO op grond van de wettelijke productaansprakelijkheid. 

Diverse 

Betaling van de contante waarde van de Prijs is uitgesloten. De aanspraak op de prijs is niet overdraagbaar. De 3e NIO Challenge en deze Voorwaarden worden uitsluitend beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met Nederlands recht. Als sommige bepalingen van deze Voorwaarden ongeldig zijn of worden, heeft dit geen invloed op de geldigheid van de overige bepalingen. 

Informatie over gegevensbescherming  

NIO Deutschland GmbH, Seeholzenstraße 12, 82166 Gräfelfing, Duitsland verwerkt samen met NIO Gmbh, NIO Netherlands B.V., NIO Denmark ApS, NIO Nextev Sweden AB en NIO Norway AS (samen "NIO Group entiteiten" genoemd) persoonsgegevens voor de Blue Sky is Coming challenge. 

Met betrekking tot de gezamenlijke verwerking bepalen de entiteiten van de NIO-groep gezamenlijk de doeleinden en middelen van de verwerking.  

In een overeenkomst gezamenlijke verwerkingsverantwoordelijken overeenkomstig artikel 26 GDPR hebben de entiteiten van de NIO-groep bepaald hoe de respectieve taken en verantwoordelijkheden bij de verwerking van persoonsgegevens zijn gestructureerd en wie welke gegevensbeschermingsverplichtingen vervult.  

De Deelnemer kan schriftelijk contact opnemen met NIO of de functionaris voor gegevensbescherming van NIO (mail naar NIO Deutschland GmbH, Betreft: Gegevensbescherming, Seeholzenstraße 12, 82166 Gräfelfing, Duitsland of via e-mail privacy.de@nio.io.  

In het kader van de 3e NIO Challenge zullen de entiteiten van de NIO Groep de volgende categorieën persoonsgegevens verwerken voor de volgende doeleinden en op basis van de volgende rechtsgrondslagen:  

1. Om deelname mogelijk te maken - account aanmaken 

Om deel te nemen aan de 3e NIO Challenge moet de Deelnemer de NIO APP downloaden en een profiel aanmaken in de NIO APP.  

De volgende verplichte gegevens zijn vereist voor registratie in de NIO APP: e-mailadres, gebruikersnaam, land, staat (indien van toepassing) en stad. De registratie van uw profiel in de NIO APP is onderworpen aan specifieke voorwaarden, die te vinden zijn op https://policy.eu.nio.com/#/app-tou en moeten worden geaccepteerd. 

Rechtsgrondslag: Ons gerechtvaardigd belang om deelname aan de 3e NIO Challenge mogelijk te maken (Art. 6 (1) (f) van de GDPR).  

2. Uploaden van Foto om deel te nemen aan de wedstrijd 

Om deel te nemen moet de Deelnemer ook een Foto met zijn/haar favoriete moment met hun NIO auto in een natuurlandschap delen in de NIO App met de hashtag #NIOinNature en een titel naar keuze, bijvoorbeeld ‘’Een mooie dag voor een roadtrip met NIO” zodat NIO de post kan volgen. 

Rechtsgrondslag: toestemming verleend door de Deelnemer bij het reageren op de 3e NIO Challenge door het publiceren van een Foto in de NIO APP met de hashtag # NIOinNature (Art. 6 (1) (a) van de GDPR). De Deelnemer kan zijn/haar gegeven toestemming te allen tijde schriftelijk of via e-mail intrekken door gebruik te maken van de hierboven vermelde contactgegevens voor het intrekken van toestemming.   

3. Om de geschiktheid voor deelname te controleren  

Om de geschiktheid van Deelnemers te controleren, verwerken wij persoonsgegevens met betrekking tot leeftijd (om de minimumleeftijd van 18 jaar te bevestigen), gewone verblijfplaats en aanvaarding van de Voorwaarden (door het uploaden van de Foto erkent en aanvaardt de Deelnemer de Voorwaarden). Wij verwerken ook persoonsgegevens om te bevestigen dat elke Deelnemer slechts eenmaal heeft deelgenomen.  

Rechtsgrondslag: de verwerking is noodzakelijk voor de gerechtvaardigde belangen van NIO en Deelnemers om ervoor te zorgen dat personen die deelnemen aan de 3e NIO Challenge in aanmerking komen voor deelname (art. 6, lid 1, onder f) van de GDPR). 

4. Om Winnaars te selecteren en aan te kondigen en de levering van de prijs mogelijk te maken  

In het geval van een overwinning moeten de volgende persoonsgegevens aan NIO worden verstrekt om de Winnaar te selecteren en bekend te maken en de prijs te leveren: voor- en achternaam, geboortedatum, postadres, e-mailadres, aantal likes, persoonsgegevens met betrekking tot de verklaring van aanvaarding van de Prijs van de Foto en correspondentie met betrekking tot de regeling voor het overhandigen en ophalen van de Prijs.  

Rechtsgrondslagen:  

Om de Winnaars te selecteren: Ons legitieme belang bij het selecteren van de Winnaars in de 3e NIO Challenge (Art. 6 (1) (f) van de GDPR).  

Bekendmaking van de Winnaars: Toestemming (Art. 6 (1) (a) van de GDPR). De deelnemer kan zijn/haar gegeven toestemming te allen tijde schriftelijk of via e-mail intrekken. Gebruik bovenstaande contactgegevens voor het intrekken van de toestemming.   

Levering mogelijk maken: Ons legitieme belang om de levering van de Prijzen aan de Winnaars mogelijk te maken (Art. 6 (1) (f) van de GDPR). 

De persoonsgegevens die voor de Blue Sky is Coming challenge zijn verzameld, worden bewaard totdat de campagne eindigt. Informatie met betrekking tot de winnaar(s) wordt bewaard volgens de wettelijke bewaartermijnen met een minimum van 3 jaar.  

Als betrokkene heeft de deelnemer recht op toegang, recht op rectificatie, recht op wissing, recht op beperking van de verwerking, recht op gegevensportabiliteit en recht op bezwaar. Daarnaast heeft de deelnemer het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij een toezichthoudende autoriteit indien hij/zij van mening is dat de verwerking van zijn/haar persoonsgegevens in strijd is met de GDPR. De Deelnemer kan dit recht uitoefenen bij een toezichthoudende autoriteit in de lidstaat van zijn/haar woonplaats, werkplek of de plaats van de vermeende inbreuk.  

Wees u ervan bewust dat voor het gebruik van NIO APP ook de verwerking van persoonsgegevens noodzakelijk is. These terms and conditions for participation in the NIO Inside- out Campaign, 3rd Challenge(here in after referred to as "Terms and Conditions") apply to the participation in the NIO Inside- Out Campaign, 3rd Challenge (here in after referred to as “3rd NIO Challenge(”) described below, which is organised by NIO Deutschland GmbH, Seeholzenstraße 12, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany 00 8000 999 6699, contact.de@nio.io, managing director Chen Chen (Chris Chen).

Terms and conditions of participation

Natural persons at the age of minimum 18 years who have full legal capacity including NIO employees, who have their habitual residence in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark or Norway and who have accepted these Terms and Conditions including NIO employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Participant") are eligible to participate in the 3rd NIO Challenge

Participation requires downloading the NIO APP and creating a profile in the NIO APP with correct information about the participant's personal data. The following mandatory details are required for registration in the NIO APP: Email address, user name, country, state, city. Registration of your NIO Account is subject to dedicated terms and conditions, which need to be accepted. In the event of a win, the following personal data must be submitted to NIO in order to announce the winner and deliver the prize: first and last name, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address.

In order to participate, the Participant needs to do the following:

to upload one (1) picture depicting his/her favorite picture of their NIO car in a natural landscape which was taken by the Participant  (hereinafter referred to as “Picture”) into the NIO App in the moments section and adding the hashtag  #NIOinNatureso that NIO is able to track the post together with a title of your choice, for example “Nice day for a roadtrip with NIO! #NIOinNature” The Picture can be viewed and liked by all NIO App users.

By uploading the Picture the Participant acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

No purchase is necessary or required to enter the 3rd NIO Challenge. Each Participant can only participate one time each.

Prize

The winning Participants [AE1] [EV2] of the 3rd NIO Challenge will receive 3.500 NIO points as a first prize, equivalent to the amount of 162 EUR [AE3] (hereinafter collectively referred to as "1st Prize" and winning Participants collectively referred to as "Winners"). As a second Prize the Winners will be awarded 1.000 NIO points (hereinafter "3rd Prize") and as a third prize the Winners will be awarded 500 NIO points (hereinafter "3rd Prize"; 1st Prize, 2nd Prize and 3rd Prize hereinafter referred to collectively as “Prize”).

The Winners may be liable to pay tax on the Prize.

Period of participation

The 3rd NIO Challenge starts on 05.06.2023 at 14:00 CET and ends on 09.06.2023 at 14:00 CET.

Selection of Winners and prize notification

The Participants, receiving the top three (3) highest amounts of likes for their Picture will be awarded the 1st Prize by NIO. Those Participants receiving the top 4th and 5th highest amount of likes will be awarded the 3rd Prize and those Participants receiving the top 6th to 10th highest amount of likes will be awarded the 3rd Prize by NIO. If Participants receive the same amount of likes for their Picture, those Participants will be selected by NIO as Winners who posted their Picture earlier in time. The Winners will be published on the NIO APP and also notified by NIO on 09.06.2023via the NIO APP, stating the further modalities, such as arranging an appointment to hand over and collect the Prize, or the modalities for awarding the respective NIO Points (“Winning Notification”). The claim to the Prize only arises if the Winner declares acceptance of the Prize to NIO within 72 hours of the receipt of the Winning Notification (“Notification Period”). If the Winner does not declare his or her acceptance of the Prize within this Notification Period, his or her claim to the Prize will lapse and the Participant, who has received the next highest amount of likes will be awarded the respective Prize. The winner must pick up the 1st Prize within 14 days commencing from the date of receiving the Winning Notification. 

Participants whose personal details are not correct will be excluded from participating in the NIO 3rd Challenge. NIO reserves the right to exclude Participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or violate these Terms and Conditions in any other way.

NIO reserves the right to terminate or change the 3rd NIO Challenge at any time without prior notice before the start date of the 3rd NIO Challenge. This shall not give rise to any claims on the part of the Participants.

Personal rights, copy rights to the Picture

The Participant agrees that his/her name may be published as part of the 3rd NIO Challenge if s/he wins. In particular, this permission includes publication on the NIO websites, the NIO APP and the social media profiles of NIO.

The Participant is free at any time to revoke the consent to publication and thus withdraw from participation in the Blue Sky is coming challenge. The revocation must be sent in writing or by email to the following address:

By uploading the Picture and hashtag #NIOinNature (hereinafter referred to as the "Assets"), the Participant grants NIO a non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use the Assets without limitation in terms of space, content and time. The participant declares to hold all existing rights to the Assets uploaded by him/her and is therefore entitled to grant the rights of use to the uploaded Assets. The rights of use include, but are not limited to, the right to use the assets in analog and digital form regardless of channel and format and/or the right to use the Assets for advertising purposes. This in turn includes, but is not limited to the right to publish, distribute and modify the assets and to combine the picture with other works to the extend permitted by law.

The Participant waives the right to always be named in connection with the Asset when used by NIO for the purpose mentioned above as far as the naming is not customary.

Particularly, in relation to “NIO in Nature” NIO reserves the right to file an application for registration of intellectual property rights ("IPR”) if deemed necessary.

The Participant assures to the best of their knowledge that no rights of third parties are violated by the publication of the Assets. This includes, in particular third-party copyrights or personal rights of identifiable persons shown in the picture. The Participant indemnifies NIO from claims arising from the violation of such rights and arising legal costs to the extent they are legally liable for such claims and to the extent permitted under applicable statutory consumer protection laws.

Liability and limitation of liability of NIO

NIO shall, to the extent permitted under applicable laws, not be liable for any damage that a Participant may suffer in connection with the 3rd NIO Challenge, insofar as such damage is caused by the slightest negligence on the part of NIO. The liability for damages caused by slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable typical damage. The above limitations of liability do not apply to damages caused by gross negligence, in case of injury to body, health or life or to NIO's liability under the Product Liability Act.

Miscellaneous

Legal procedures related to the claim of the prize are excluded. The claim to the Prize cannot be asserted by legal action. Payment of the cash value of the Prize is excluded. The claim to the Prize is not transferable. The 3rd NIO Challenge shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should any provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Data protection information

NIO Deutschland GmbH, Seeholzenstraße 12, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany jointly together with NIO Gmbh, NIO Netherlands B.V., NIO Denmark ApS, NIO Nextev Sweden AB and NIO Norway AS (together referred to as “NIO Group entities”) processes personal data for the Blue Sky is coming challenge.

With respect to the joint processes NIO Group entities jointly determine the purposes and means of processing.

In an agreement on joint controllership pursuant to Article 26 GDPR, the NIO Group entities have determined how the respective tasks and responsibilities in the processing of personal data are structured and who fulfills which data protection obligations.

The Participant can contact NIO or NIO's data protection officer in writing (mail to NIO Deutschland GmbH, Subject: Data Protection, Seeholzenstraße 12, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany or via email privacy.de@nio.io.

In the context of the 3rd NIO Challenge, the NIO Group entities will process the following categories of personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

1.      To enable participation – account creation

In order to participate in the 3rd NIO Challenge, the Participant needs to download the NIO APP and create a profile in the NIO APP.

The following mandatory details are required for registration in the NIO APP: Email address, user name, country, state (as applicable) and city. Registration of your profile in the NIO APP is subject to dedicated terms and conditions, which can be found at https://policy.eu.nio.com/#/app-tou and need to be accepted.

Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in enabling participation in the 3rdNIO Challenge (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

2.      Uploading of Picture to compete

In order to participate, the Participant also needs to upload a Picture depicting his/her favourite moment with their NIO car with a natural landscape into the NIO App with the hashtag #NIOinNature and a comment with a title of your choice, for example “Nice day for a roadtrip with NIO! #NIOinNature” so that NIO is able to track the post.

Legal basis: consent provided by the Participant when responding to the 3rd NIO Challenge by publishing a picture in the NIO APP with the hashtag #NIOinNature (Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). The Participant can withdraw his/her given consent at any time in writing or via email, by using the contact details provided above for withdrawal of consent. 

3.      To check eligibility for participation

In order review the eligibility for Participants, we process personal data relating to age (to confirm the minimum age of 18), habitual residence and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (by uploading the Picture the Participant acknowledges and accept the Terms and Conditions). We also process personal data to confirm that each Participant only participated once.

Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of NIO and Participants to ensure that individuals participating in the NIO 3rd NIO Challenge are eligible to participate (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

4.      To select and announce Winners and to enable delivery of the Prize

In the event of a win, the following personal data must be submitted to NIO in order to select and announce the Winner and to deliver the prize: first and last name, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address, number of likes, personal data relating to declaration of acceptance of the Prize of the Picture and correspondence relating to arrangement to hand over and collect the Prize.

Enable delivery: Our legitimate interest in enabling delivery of the Prizes to the Winners (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

The personal data collected for the Blue Sky is coming challenge will be stored until the campaign ends. Information related to the winner(s) will be stored in accordance with statutory retention periods with a minimum of 3 years.

As a data subject, participant has the right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability and right to object. In addition to that, the Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data infringes GDPR. The Participant may exercise this right before a supervisory authority in the Member State of his/her residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
