- New private users: You can purchase it either together with your subscription contract or at any other time during the subscription in the app or online.
- Existing private users: If you're already a user at the time of the launch (18.05.2023) and purchase a mileage package until and including 31.07.2023, your package will be activated retroactively and you will receive the additional km free of charge for the past months to which you have already subscribed.
- Business users: You can only purchase it together with your subscription.
- Example: If you upgrade from the basic mileage of 1,250 kilometers per month to 1,750 kilometers per month, you will have 500 kilometers more to drive monthly. If your subscription has already been active for 3 months, you will receive 1500 (3*500) kilometers for free to use until the end of your subscription.

Unsere Preise richten sich nach dem Fahrzeugalter. Je älter das Auto, desto günstiger wird es für Sie! So zahlen Sie immer einen fairen Preis für Ihren NIO. Auch bei festen Verträgen wird das Alter des Fahrzeugs berücksichtigt, jedoch im Durchschnitt über die Laufzeit des gewählten Tarifs berechnet.
