Can I downgrade my battery at any time?

You have a limited two-week window to complete your permanent downgrade registration, and the deadline for this process falls on September 30th.

Will my contract change when I downgrade to 75kwh battery?

Yes, you will need to sign a new contract which will be sent to you within 48 hours upon registering for the downgrade.

How soon will my downgrade take effect?
